No job is too small or too big.
Ever wonder why the creeks don't run like they used to? Why the
old spring isn't running anymore like it did when you were a kid? Why doesn't
our stock tank hold water like it used to?
The reason for all this is CEDAR TREES/BUSHES !!
The USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) estimated that brush in Texas uses over 3.5 trillion gallons of water annually. Control of brush presents a viable option for increasing the availability of water allowing the state to meet its future needs.
The benefit of brush control on water supplies is not a new discovery. For example, in the 1960's landowners in the West Rocky Creek watershed, located about 20 miles west of San Angelo, started applying accelerated range conservation work, eventually treating 30,000 acres of brush. As a result of their work, productive grassland was restored, along with springs and stream flow, which had been dormant for decades.
That's right. Cedar brush is drinking all the water that used to be in our springs,
creeks, and stock tanks. They also kill all the grass and forbs that deer and cattle
need. They also make the value of your land go down.
Call us to get rid of that pesky cedar. You too can have a more prosperous and
beautiful pasture land.
